During WW2 a strange new alien (Ginju) appeared who's sole purpose is
to kill off Humanity. Whenever they appear the Ginju give off a strange
odor that is acid to a human and killed off a lot of the warriors sent
to fight it. Flash foward 50 years. Hayami Atsushi is a pilot of the
5121. The number of adults killed off in the war has forced the
government to form the High School Defense force, where children of a
certain age and skill are fostered in dorms to fight off the aliens.
They use new mecha (HWTs) and special anti alien suits made by the
Shibamura group. One day they get a new transfer student. A hot shot
mecha pilot who seems to be made out of ice and is a pro at killing the
Ginju. She introduces herself as Mai Shibamura.
Who is this Mai? Why did she come to the 5121? Why does she hate the Ginju so much.

her past that she does not. Nevertheless, her spirit and determination
will keep pushing her forward. --- Adapted from its predecessor,
Mai-HiME, this series is not a direct sequel, but an alternate universe
setting featuring some of the Mai-HiME cast (though with different
personalities).

Kyohei’s astonishment, they turn out to be a band of violent
mercenaries, and he finds himself in the line of fire.
Takumi
Fujiwara and brothers Keisuke and Ryousuke Takahashi have formed
"Project D," a racing team aimed at bringing their driving skills to
their full potential outside their prefecture. Using the internet,
Project D issues challenges to other racing teams and posts results of
their races. Managed by Ryousuke, the team has Takumi engaging in
downhill battles with his AE86, while Keisuke challenges opponents
uphill. Among their rivals are the Seven-Star Leaf (SSR) and Todo-juku.
Joining in the fun is Takumi's father Bunta, who breaks out of
retirement with his Subaru Impreza WRX Type R Version V.
Based on a shounen manga by Yagi Norihiro serialised in Monthly Shounen Jump.
The setting of the story is a fictional world of abundant towns where
humans coexist with demons called Yoma. These monsters feed on humans
as their main source of food, hiding themselves in human society until
they strike.
A group of skilled warriors form a nameless organization to protect
humans from these demons. These warriors are called Claymores, after
their immense Claymore weapons. They willingly infuse themselves with
demon flesh and blood to become powerful half-human hybrids. Villages
in danger of attack hire warriors from the organisation for protection.
